The custom boots nightmare

So... I'm soo frustrated, I'll make the story as short as possible so I won't relive the nightmare.

The custom boots arrived and they are too big!  But let me just list all issues, without getting into details

- I called Riedell to see when will they arrived and they said they've sent them already. I asked when I've paid for them to be sure to e-mail the tracking number, but they didn't

- the tracking number I was provided when I called, listed the package as delivered... only I didn't get them... It was the middle of a snow storm and a weekend. I did finally got the boots after 4 days... and nights of course.

- as I opened the package I saw the lining was wrong, then the custom insoles were missing.

- I called back, they immediately got defensive about the lining, and tracking number that wasn't sent at first. They asked me to send pics with the insoles I've got... the flat, stock ones. They answered that they apologize and will send the custom inserts shortly with a tracking number, which they did. As for the lining, they said they checked the order and the initial choice was crossed out and a new one was added. Well, when did I approved that... oh, never! Did I also mention that I wasn't given a contract?

- but wait... the custom  insoles I've got were all wrong. I need arch support. These had none, these had adjustment for pronation, that I thought was gonna be done inside the boots. I called back, Riedell said that I have to go the bootfiter anyway, why don't we talk after he checks few things.

- meanwhile I tried the boots in the house, they felt slightly big???? also that insert adjusting for pronation hurt like hell... My old inserts were too small for the new boots. Yeap the boots are too big, especially the right one... But wait... they are shorter (in total height) than my old ones (that were supposed to be the model), the wood heel is higher and narrower, the back of the boot is angled more forward.... What the hell boots are these? Probably they mixed up my order?

- at the bootfitter, where I got after 2 weeks as he didn't have availability... He took me late, then we rushed. I said the inserts hurt, he said drop them, they are bad idea, use your old ones. Ok... then the promised custom adjustment for pronation is not gonna happen? Nope... Ok... I said the boots are too big... he said let me measure you and talk to Riedell. He said I'm 5 1/2 on left and 5 1/4 on right, what I knew and agreed. I pointed all the differences but he didn't really pay attention and said to let him talk to Riedell, to get from them what they actually did.

- we set an appointment for next week
