My work was very demanding lately and instead of being able to increase my skating time... I went the opposite way. I was actually so stretched for time, tired and stressed that I felt on the verge of getting sick for the whole month. So I found myself forced to prioritize resting and let the skating slide. While skating gives me positive energy (because I love it), and keeps my body healthy, it is also physically and time demanding.
This month I'll have to travel twice, one time for a whole week. The plan is to stay healthy. I will not push the skating. I'll go if I can, if not I hope I'll find a little time for some basic exercises.
