This month's skating is going as I've expected... slowly. I was able to skate only 2 times per week.
The bad is that my muscle are tired after skating because I don't skate often enough, and I am actually tired in general from all the work traveling I have to do.
The good is that I am paying attention to keep a continuity in purpose/ approach from one skating session to the next and I feel good about it.
The plan is to keep going...
