The first 2 weeks of the last month went pretty well, skating 3 to 4 times per week (including the lesson) and slowly having my muscle adjusting to more effort.
Only... my muscle were tired and slow, and I pushed too hard during my lessons 2 weeks ago, I put my left foot down awkwardly, then felt some pain the following week only when skating backward and pushing and pointing. I decided to take it easy, I skated only on Mondays (very easy) and canceled my lessons. I decided I will do this until I have absolutely no pain.
I'm almost pain free now, I expect to go back to skating 3 to 4 times a week staring next week. I will say, I am grateful that I didn't hurt myself and I'm proud of myself that I took the time to heal.
But I expect that this month is gonna be, again, an (re) adjustment period.
